Before you walk into my doors, together, we will have done some true self positivity work, digging into the raw and real of that person inside you. With my authentic understanding of your needs, we are able to capture the best version of you to see and celebrate from that day on. “I wanted to tell you something, and I'm sure this is nothing new from a client.
As you know, I was so excited (and a little nervous) about my shoot, but the preparation leading up to it, along with the day itself, blew my expectations out of the water. Soooo much fun...it felt joyful, actually, and I don't use that word lightly. Joy is so much deeper and life-altering than regular happiness.
Here's what I didn't expect. I have looked at myself in these photos many times since that day, and when I do, I feel the way I told you I wanted to feel when we had our phone consult. I look at myself and I see beauty and strength; I see grace. I see joy. I have spent years in therapy learning how to move from self-hatred to self-love, and I've come a long way toward that goal. I told you I've been struggling for the last 5 years with about 15 extra pounds, and have really been so disappointed in myself and in my body...especially in this last year since my hysterectomy and "instant menopause." Though I know I'm not "fat" I have worried about my weight obsessively since I put that extra weight on.
I'm telling you, Mary Beth, those thoughts have completely STOPPED since the photo shoot. I feel happy where I am and how I look and have come to some important realizations about how I see myself--and these things ultimately will make me a happier, more peaceful woman.

From talking with you on the initial phone call, meeting you in person the day of the shoot, and the actual shoot itself was the most calm and almost natural feeling. I HATE having my picture taken and to be in my undies in a stranger’s house with a camera pointed at me and yet be totally at ease was amazing! The boudoir session sitting fee is $749. The sitting fee includes professional hair and makeup, your pre-shoot styling consultation, the photo shoot and your personal ordering session. Personalized wall art, albums and portrait boxes are all elective purchases for your home and vary in price.
